East Portlemouth Village Hall Hire

The Village Hall consists of a main hall with stage, two meeting rooms, fully equipped kitchen and an outside patio area. There are two toilets one with disabled access and baby changing facilities.

The hall can accommodate a maximum of 100 people or 80 when seated.

Hire Charges
Minimum charge of £10 and thereafter:  
Main Hall £5.00 per hour or part hour
Meeting Rooms £2.50 per hour or part hour

Weddings Use of main hall, 2 meeting rooms, kitchen and outside patio area £325.00 for 3 days. (£75 deposit required to confirm booking, balance of fee and £100 returnable damage deposit required on collection of keys)

Funerals at normal block rates i.e. £50 per morning or afternoon

Polling Days (06.00 to 22.00) £150.00

Equipment Hire
Tables & chairs may be hired per day for events away from the hall but must be collected and returned by the hirer. (£100 returnable deposit required on collection).
Gopack folding tables Large - £2.00 each, Small - £1.00 each
Chairs (for indoor use only) 50p each
Short Mat Bowls Set £5.00 (for use only in the hall)
Glasses, cutlery, crockery & tablecloths are not for hire outside of the hall.
